What's the difference between Normal and Emergency booking?
Normal: you pick a date and a time slot, and I confirm it. Emergency: for urgent failures — a water pump, geyser, or power backup — I call you back within minutes and come as soon as possible the same day.
Do you really repair circuit boards, or just replace them?
I repair PCBs at component level — I trace the fault to the exact failed part (capacitor, relay, MOSFET, IC) and replace only that. It usually costs far less than swapping the whole board, which is what most service centres do.
How does pricing work? Is there a visiting charge?
I diagnose the fault first and give you the estimated cost before starting any work — you decide whether to go ahead. And if you bring a small gadget directly to my workshop, inspection is free (limited item types).
Do you provide servicing and cleaning, or only repairs?
Both. I provide periodic servicing for all eligible appliances — AC dry / wet / foam wash, chimney degreasing, water purifier filter & membrane change, geyser descaling, washing machine drum cleaning and more. Regular servicing extends the life of your machines and prevents costly breakdowns.
What does the AC check-up & blast prevention service include?
A safety inspection of your AC before or during summer: compressor and capacitor condition, gas level and leakage signs, wiring quality and voltage protection. Most AC fires and compressor blasts come from small faults that this check catches early — much cheaper than a new AC.
What if my item is damaged during the repair?
If a product is damaged from my side, I replace the item in full. For workshop jobs you can also track the progress of your repair on WhatsApp.
My item isn't in your list. Can you still fix it?
Very likely, yes — the list covers 120+ items but it isn't everything I can diagnose. Choose "Something else" in the booking form and describe the item and the problem.
